What SoilCreate Monitors On Site

Deep excavations fail through coupled mechanisms: retaining-wall movement, delayed support installation, groundwater drawdown, support-force redistribution and nearby settlement. SoilCreate treats these as one project rather than separate instruments. The in-place inclinometer provides high-frequency deep displacement curves; vibrating-wire terminals track support force and structural stress; water-level gauges confirm dewatering effects; the cloud platform links each threshold to the excavation stage.

Hangzhou Metro Line 3 Chaowang Road Station

From 2021-08-12, automated points CX4/CX5 were deployed for emergency monitoring. The ZQT1 warning point reached a 2.96 mm/d rate and 8.87 mm cumulative displacement at 7.0 m depth; the recommendation was to install steel support and apply axial force while increasing monitoring to at least twice per day.

Suzhou Rail Transit Line 5, Xingtangjie Station
